1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kiddo Coins app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility

Kiddo Coins is designed for use by families. The following eligibility requirements apply:

• Parent/Guardian accounts: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create and manage a parent or guardian account.
• Kid profiles: Child profiles may only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who has an active account. Children do not create their own accounts independently.
• By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements stated above and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

When you create an account with Kiddo Coins, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken through any kid profiles you create.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• You must not create accounts for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

As a parent or guardian, you are solely responsible for the creation, management, and oversight of all kid profiles associated with your account. You acknowledge that you have the legal authority to create profiles on behalf of the children in your care.

4. PIN Security

Kiddo Coins uses a 4-digit PIN system to allow children to access their profiles within the App.

• PINs are intended as a simple access mechanism within the family context and should not be considered a high-security authentication method.
• Parents should choose PINs that are not easily guessable and should instruct children not to share their PINs outside the family.
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access that occurs due to compromised, shared, or improperly managed PINs.
• If you believe a PIN has been compromised, you should change it immediately through the App's settings.

5. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

By using the App, you understand and agree that:

• Kiddo Coins cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real money, real-world goods, or services of any monetary value outside of the App.
• Kiddo Coins are not cryptocurrency, digital currency, stored value, or any form of financial instrument.
• Kiddo Coins have no cash value and do not constitute property of any kind.
• The accumulation of Kiddo Coins does not create any financial obligation on the part of the developer.
• Kiddo Coins exist solely to facilitate the parent-defined reward system within the App, where parents determine what rewards (if any) their children may earn.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove Kiddo Coins balances at any time, including upon account termination.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Kiddo Coins only for its intended purpose as a family chore and reward management tool. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
• Attempt to assign real monetary value to Kiddo Coins or use them in any form of gambling, trading, or financial transaction.

7. Account Termination and Deletion

Termination by You

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's built-in account deletion feature, accessible in the Settings section. Upon deletion:

• Your parent account and all associated kid profiles will be permanently removed.
• All data associated with your account, including chore history, reward history, and Kiddo Coins balances, will be permanently deleted.
• This action is irreversible.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, software, and the "Kiddo Coins" name and branding) are the exclusive property of Kiddo Coins and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial family use in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials obtained from the App.
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the App are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.
• Warranties that defects in the App will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kiddo Coins, its developers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party related to the App.
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Serbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, which may include:

• Posting a notice within the App.
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Sending a notification through the App.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
